Client Case Study: The Creative Collaboration with “Onlygo”
As an ODM/OEM manufacturer specializing in metal products for over thirty years, Fei Hong Five Metals Wares Co., LTD. possesses comprehensive production line integration capabilities in zinc alloy die-casting, electroplating, UV color printing, and glow-in-the-dark application.
In recent years, we partnered with the design brand Onlygo to bring their original “Planets x Animals” concept to life as the Astronaut Animal Glow-in-the-Dark Keychain series.
This series, an original design by Onlygo, was entirely manufactured by Fei Hong. We managed the end-to-end process, including: mold development, metal surface treatment, precise UV printing and selective application of glow-in-the-dark, and final hardware assembly and packaging.
The final product delivers both visual appeal and interactive experience (glowing softly in the dark after absorbing light). It is perfectly suited for diverse scenarios like astronomy education, tourist souvenirs, and corporate gifting. This case demonstrates our practical ability to transform creative concepts into scalable, mass-produced merchandise with excellent delivery control.
