2019 Fei Hong passed the BSCI factory inspection
At the end of 2019, Feihong passed the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) factory inspection. BSCI is a social responsibility program promoted by the Amfori in 2003, which is the leading global business association to protect the labor rights of BSCI member suppliers and improve the working environment. BSCI integrates different supervisory procedures and establishes a common supervisory mechanism to reduce the cost and burden of the audited suppliers, and also eliminates the possibility of repeated audits.
Feihong adheres to the “people-oriented” management spirit, treats every employee as if it is their own, and actively implements BSCI’s code of conduct, including strictly implementing the hygiene & safety of the workplace environment, establishing a reasonable working hours and wage payment system, prohibiting any discrimination and forced labor, and refusal to use child labor.
