About Fei Hong | 30 Years of Zinc Alloy Gift Manufacturing

Founded in 1996, Fei Hong Five Metals Wares Co., Ltd. specializes in the development and application of zinc alloy die-casting. With more than 30 years of OEM/ODM manufacturing experience, we continue to broaden our product range and raise the quality and added value of what we make.

In 1999, Fei Hong set up its R&D and design department. Our first original product, a trolley token for European supermarket shopping carts, was well received by buyers and industry peers around the world, and marked the start of our ODM services. From 2000, our Combined Movable Pin was used for commemorative pins for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and Disney theme parks. In 2002, our factory passed Disney’s factory audit, and it has since also passed the Universal Studios audit — a sign that our production and management systems meet the standards international brands require.

In 2003, we opened our Shanghai office to coordinate factory engineering, product design and our Hong Kong logistics center. In 2013, we added a plastic injection molding line; combining metal, plastic and other materials gives designs more options while keeping costs under control. Over the years, we have produced custom gifts and souvenirs for brands and events including Disney, Marvel, BMW, Porsche, Lacoste and the Paris 2024 Olympic Games (see our clients).

Is your company a manufacturer or a trader?
Feihong is a manufacture of Zinc Alloy production for more than 30 years in China Fujian province. Will supply you excellent quality products, and got the economic price directly from the factory, without the intermediate trader cost.
If your factory, or products has the certificate?
Feihong have got the BSCI certificate, Disney certificate (ILS Social Compliance Audit), also has the permit for solution discharge that the government of China admit. Materiala and most of the products have the inspect report, and every year, some structured ODM products are patented.
What’s your MOQ? And why?
OEM custom design products is 500pcs; In order to apportion your Mold charge, production cost, get more competitive price.
ODM existing mold products is 500pcs; To reduce the purchasing cost, achieve your best profit.
How long time is will take after we have place the order?
After the artwork is confirmed, lead time for samples is 7 days, while for bulk order is about 21-28 days, add the extra delivery time on the way, will be able to get the products on hands. If the special design is hard to production, or the quantity is very large, production time will need to update. If any other question, pls feel free to contact us. For the items that which have existing mold, the sample and bulk order lead time will be shorter.
How to pay?
It will need to pay all in advance if you order our products for the fist time, then we will be able to proceed order. T/T is the normal payment that we usual use. If the total order price is under US$300.00, Paypal and West Union is acceptable.
What kind of delivery way that we could chose?
It is acceptable to delivery goods by Air/Sea from Xiamen or Hong Kong, or you could chose any one international courier company, so many choice to help you achieve getting goods as sooner as possible, or find a way to save your shipping cost.
